Essential information to put in your commercial invoice or Pro-forma for a shipment:
- Sender (address in Switzerland)
- Recipient (address in France)
- Company: enter their EORI number (customs identification number in EU equivalent of our VAT number)
- Overall description of the goods
- Number of packages, number of pieces
- Unit value of the goods, and total value
- Currency (EUR, CHF, USD, GBP, etc.)
- Date, signature
- Important! Like all customs invoices, it must be written in English or in the language of the country of destination.
